The Post Wine Club has been established to bring an exclusive range of wines, events and information for the discerning Post wine enthusiast. Each month the club will build with all these features available to club members:
Access to a carefully crafted list of over 250 wines
Harvey's are an independent wine merchants whose wines are generally exclusive in Birmingham. These are real wines from independent producers, not homogenous high street brands. They are generally only available to the restaurant trade and independent merchants in London and the South-East. Many of the wines are featured on the wine lists of Michelin-starred restaurants.
Exclusive discounts and offers on selected wines
Every month from September the Birmingham Post Wine Club will recommend a selection of wines to its members. These select mixed cases will be made available at a special discount exclusively to Club members.
Tasting notes and top tips
Tasting notes will be available for all recommended wines plus for the aspiring wine buff there will be ideas and suggestions about starting your own wine cellar, storing your wine and much more. Our experts will also recommend wine choices for every occasion from fine dining to barbeques and wedding breakfasts.

We'll also keep you informed about up and coming wine features in the Birmingham Post where further discounts will also be available only for Post Wine Club members.
Regular Wine Tasting Events
From September onwards members will get the opportunity to attend regular Birmingham Post Wine Club wine tasting events, which will be hosted at some of the best venues in and around Birmingham.
The first one will take place on 6 September 2007 at Opus restaurant and wine bar in Birmingham City Centre. It will be a small but very select VIP Birmingham Post Wine Club launch party. On this occasion invitations are limited to only 80 members, so please join to register your interest. Invitations to the launch will be sent out to members in August with places on a strictly first-come, first-served basis.
Information and Education
Each month our website will build giving information about many areas of the world of wine. Club members will have exclusive access to a growing library about grape varieties, wine regions, food and wine matching and a host of other information to help you learn whilst you enjoy.
